Thermoplastic TR-90 pellets are injection-molded using precision temperature-controlled presses.Custom stainless molds with cavity cooling channels shape frames via hydroforming, achieving <0.1mm dimensional accuracy. Robotic arms transfer semi-molten material into multi-stage compression molds for temple core reinforcement. Infrared pre-heating ensures uniform material flow before injection-overmolding for metal alloy integrations.Post-curing involves 12-hourcontrolled cooling to stabilize molecular structure.
